1. Free Service
The core NovaScan token scanner is currently provided free of charge. No payment is required to access the standard scanning features.
2. Paid Plans
Where premium or subscription features are offered, the following refund terms apply.
3. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Requests are reviewed individually and approved where required by EU consumer law.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew thereafter.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@novaecosystem.live with your purchase details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
